SHERATON LUANDA
A full-service Marriott-operated hotel in Luanda, Angola, comprising
350 keys and 8 F&B outlets. The scope of work covers
comprehensive kitchen and laundry consultancy, encompassing both
front-of-house and back-of-house facilities designed to support high-
volume hotel operations. FOH areas include an all-day dining
restaurant, beverage bars, and a specialty restaurant, all planned to
deliver a varied and brand-aligned guest dining experience. BOH
kitchen facilities are designed to service the full range of F&B outlets
across the property, alongside a full laundry facility planned to meet
the entire property's linen and uniform requirements. The project was
developed to meet Marriott's operational and brand standards while
addressing the functional demands of a large-scale hospitality
environment in the Angolan market.
