NEW CARE HOSPITAL

A private Care Medical-operated hospital in Riyadh, KSA,
comprising 400 beds and 2 F&B outlets. The scope of work
covers a comprehensive range of kitchen, support, and
operational consultancy services across the facility. The main
BOH kitchen operates on a regeneration model, designed to
support patient meal delivery across all wards through an
efficient tray assembly and food regeneration system. A front-
of-house kitchen and cafeteria were also planned to serve
visitors and staff, providing a functional and comfortable dining
space to support the broader hospital community. Beyond the
primary kitchen facilities, the scope extends to staff pantries
and housekeeping areas distributed throughout the facility,
ensuring
operational
continuity
across
all
floors
and
departments. A waste management strategy was developed as
an integral part of the scope, addressing segregation, collection,
and disposal workflows in line with healthcare hygiene and
environmental compliance requirements. Laundry services fall
outside the project scope, with linen and uniform management
handled through an outsourced arrangement.
