WALDORF ASTORIA

A private hospitality development operated under the Waldorf
Astoria brand in KSA, comprising 200 hotel keys and 41 branded
residences across 6 F&B outlets. The scope of work covers
comprehensive kitchen and laundry consultancy across the
entire property. The main back-of-house full production kitchen
was designed to support the high-volume culinary demands of a
luxury five-star operation. Front-of-house facilities include a
banquet kitchen, an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty
restaurant, a pool restaurant, and an owner's lounge, each
planned to deliver a distinct and brand-aligned dining
experience befitting the Waldorf Astoria standard. The branded
residences were integrated into the operational planning to
ensure seamless service continuity between the hotel and
residential
components.
A
valet
laundry
facility
was
incorporated to handle guest garment care, alongside an in-
house uniform management operation serving the property's
full staffing complement. The project was developed to meet
the exacting operational and luxury brand standards of the
Waldorf Astoria while addressing the functional complexity of a
mixed-use hospitality and residential development in the Saudi
Arabian market.
