A private hospital developed for Red Sea Global (RSG) within the
Amaala destination in KSA, comprising 44 beds and serving an
estimated 176 staff members across 2 F&B outlets. The scope of
work covers kitchen consultancy and waste management across the
entire facility. The main kitchen operates on a re-heating model,
designed to receive chilled meals that are regenerated, plated, and
distributed to patients via a tray assembly and dispatch system. A
cafeteria and canteen were incorporated to serve staff, with re-heated
meals served in a dedicated dining setting supported by the main
kitchen's dishwash area. Beyond the primary kitchen, the scope
extends to nourishment pantries, lounges, and linen rooms distributed
across all hospital areas, ensuring operational continuity and comfort
at ward level. A central waste management strategy was developed
as an integral part of the scope, addressing segregation, collection,
and disposal workflows in compliance with healthcare hygiene and
environmental standards. Linen laundry is handled through an
outsourced arrangement, with soiled linen segregated between
regular and infected streams prior to off-site collection, while uniform
management is maintained within the facility's operational scope.
