ADEK SCHOOLS 1680 & 2040

A private Al Dar-operated dual-school development in Abu Dhabi,
UAE, comprising two campuses with capacities of 1,680 and 2,040
students respectively. The scope of work covers kitchen consultancy
for regeneration-type kitchen facilities, with one F&B outlet per
campus, designed to efficiently serve high student volumes through a
streamlined meal distribution model. The kitchens were planned to
support a centralized or satellite food production approach, ensuring
consistent meal quality and food safety compliance across both
campuses. No laundry facilities were included within the scope of this
project.
