A private Al Mana-operated hospital in Riyadh, KSA, comprising
300 beds. The scope of work covers full kitchen consultancy
and waste management strategy across the entire facility. The
main kitchen was designed to support patient meal production
and delivery at full capacity, meeting the operational and
dietary requirements of a mid-scale healthcare environment. A
staff dining room was incorporated into the scope, providing a
dedicated and fully equipped dining facility for hospital
personnel. Beyond the primary kitchen, the scope extends to
staff pantries and housekeeping areas distributed throughout
the facility, ensuring seamless operational support across all
floors and departments. A waste management strategy was
developed as an integral part of the scope, addressing
segregation, collection, and disposal workflows in compliance
with healthcare hygiene and environmental standards. While
linen laundry services are handled through an outsourced
arrangement, uniform management is maintained in-house as
part of the facility's operational scope.
