BARSHA HEIGHTS ACADEMY
Food and beverage services are designed to serve 900 students and
100 staff across multiple shifts. The facility comprises a full
preparation kitchen — including receiving, storage, raw food
preparation and processing, main cooking, dish & pot wash areas —
alongside a cafeteria with a dedicated food service line. A
comprehensive solid waste management strategy is incorporated,
with waste segregated at source all in compliance with relevant Dubai
Municipality regulations and sustainability requirements.
