DUBAI POLICE ACADEMY
A government-operated academy campus for the Dubai Police in
Dubai, UAE, accommodating 1,733 users across educational and
residential buildings for both male and female occupants. The scope
of work covers comprehensive kitchen and laundry consultancy
across the entire campus. A central production kitchen operating 16
hours per day across two shifts was designed to generate
approximately 5,010 meals daily, operating on a third-party catering
model whereby pre-cut and pre-prepped raw materials are received,
processed, and dispatched to four satellite serving outlets via a
refrigerated van fleet. The four F&B outlets comprise an Officers Club
House, a New Joiners Club House, a Cadets and Female Club
House, and a Visitor Accommodation restaurant, each supplied
through insulated and heated trolleys with dedicated servery
counters, stewarding, and waste dispatch areas. A central full laundry
facility was designed to serve the entire campus, managing bed linen,
towels, uniforms, and personal garments across all user categories
through a structured barcode-based collection, washing, and
redistribution system operating 16 hours per day, 7 days a week,
complemented by decentralized laundry rooms within dormitory
buildings for cadets' personal garment care.
