Food and beverage services are designed to serve 130 hotel keys
(260 guests), 240 serviced apartment residents (480 residents), and
100 staff. The facility comprises a full main kitchen with ancillaries in
the basement, a show kitchen and lobby café on the first floor, a
cooking areaon the third floor, and a rooftop beverage counter. An
express valet laundry with outsourced linen service is integrated at
basement level. A comprehensive solid waste management strategy
is incorporated, with waste segregated at source.
