Food and beverage services are designed across a mixed-use tower
with a large podium. The facility comprises a full commissary kitchen
with bakery & pastry, room service, raw food preparation, and
stewarding areas, complemented by an All Day Dining kitchen, a
specialty restaurant kitchen with a live pizza & pasta station, a rooftop
kitchen with show cooking and shisha pantry, and a lobby lounge bar.
A valet laundry with dedicated clean and soiled route separation is
integrated into the BOH. A comprehensive solid waste management
strategy is incorporated, with waste segregated in compliance with
ACCOR standards and Dubai Municipality waste generation
guidelines as reference.
