Food and beverage services are designed to serve 303 keys and 300
staff across multiple dining venues. The facility comprises a full main
kitchen with bakery & pastry and room service at ground level, an All
Day Dining (ADD) restaurant, a beach club with its own dedicated
kitchen and bar, 2 third-party specialty restaurants, a cigar lounge, a
rooftop bar, a lobby café, and a 75-seat staff canteen. A valet laundry
with wet cleaning capability is provided at basement level. A
comprehensive solid waste management strategy is incorporated,
with waste segregated at source in compliance with HACCP
guidelines and local UAE regulations.
